The Red Meat Lover’s Club chef Marc of Sgrizzi are teaming up to turn the Vegas steak game up.
This is “steak networking”at its finest.
Think stations of various meats, passed dry aged meat, this will be NEXT level.
Then we sit for a roving meat circus.
After the steak we will “retire” to Smok Cigar Lounge , 2 doors away for some tasty smokes, dessert and more laughs.
We will be featuring Campari cocktails all night.
along with Weber Ranch Vodka.
UNIFORMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL PATRONS! Yes, you will get a RMLC Vegas apron to be worn and kept.
We will start with passed and stations and move into a roving meat dinner that will be EPIC.
