We’ve partnered with Master Blender Steve Saka, owner of Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, to unleash the Red Meat Lovers Club cigar. For this savory blend, Steve traveled to Nicaragua, meticulously assembling this cigar while “under the influence” of the country’s top-grade porterhouse steaks (aka “chuleta de dos lomos”). This lead to the selection of a Connecticut Broadleaf No. 1 Dark (maduro) wrapper, which was secured over a Mexican San Andrés binder and fillers of Nicaragua and the U.S.
The end result is a powerhouse smoking experience with FULL strength and loads of oily goodness! The cigars are now crafted in four sizes, Filet Mignon (5 x 54), Beef Stick (6 x 48), Ribeye (6 x 52), and Porterhouse (6 x 60). Flavors range from charred meat, to earth, dark chocolate, fat, and the elusive umami. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you not to smoke this puppy on an empty stomach…
