When Chef Eric Baker of Alleycat Fame gets tapped to chef for a “meating” we must grab a bluefin tuna and start slicing….
Obviously we will have different offering of beef, this is the Red Meat Lover’s Club afterall but I’ve always wanted to slice up a whole Bluefin, gotta love the rare moments the Red Meat Lover’s Club creates when we put over 100 steaksman in a room of consumption.
This will be an all out eating affrair, Chef Eric and the Secretary of Steak have been talking about collaberating for over 5 years, the time in NOW.
This “meating” will feature offerings of AlleyCat and Sunset Sushi.
The bar will be a curated open bar, the auction will be classic, lots of fun silent and live lots with a signature RMLC raffle.
The steaks and tuna get people in the room. The cause gives us a reason to gather.
We will have Caviar Guys roaming, giving away caviar bumps and topping your bites with caviar.

Tonight, we’re supporting Fuller Center by raising funds and recruiting mentors. A caring adult who shows up. Listens. Encourages.
