When the Secretary of Steak sees talent in the kitchen he must say to himself….is the restaurant “meating” worthy? Can this restaurant create an experience …….an EVENT nobody else can have? Does this restaurant have fable capabilities? Can the S.O.S look someone in the eye and tell him ” This maybe the best one yet”….
When I first ate at Los Bacados, I knew immediately this place was special and it happens to have one of the best back stories in South Florida.
Two chefs with fine dining pedigree opening a taco joint inside the world’s nicest gas station.
The 2 men Chef Robby Bushman and Chef Anthony Hoff are going to prepare us a feast of epic porportions . They know that level we expect and they have given me blood oath that this one will be on par with the great ones.
Large format will be the center theme for this….whole roasted pig…whole roasted rib roasts….things not normally created for the menu.
We will have a cigar roller at this one….we will be self serving ourselves from the beer cooler, can you say open convience store? Want a bag of jerky? Grab it….skittles between mexican street corn and rib roast “as you wish”
I BELIEVE this will be the most random, exciting, left field location we will have all year…..but you know what? it’s about the food, company and the fucks not given that make this club freaking awesome and I love us for it.
Details and updates to come….expect greatness. Tickets will be limited on this one (space constraints, so buy early)
We will leave out transportation on this one because it is a straight shot and we have seen plenty of people that want to drive.
If you did not come to Beefsteak….you must purchase apron ….we wear uniform because we are “steaksman”
