Chef Ariane Duarte and The Secretary of Steak of the Red Meat Lover’s Club come together to present an over the top menu for one of our own.

Steaksman, friends and family,

Chef Ariane Duarte and The Secretary of Steak, Evan Darnell come together for our first New Jersey chapter “meating” of Red Meat Lover’s Club.

Jared and Rachel Root are in a race against time to help fund a cure for their 9 year old son, Zachary.

Zachary Root was born deaf and is gradually losing his vision. Zachary has Usher 1F Syndrome. Usher Syndrome is the leading cause of inherited deaf-blindness.

There is currently NO CURE.

A rare and progressive genetic disease that needs immediate funding NOW to stop him from going blind.

We are coming together to help fund the research for this cure.

In PRIME Red Meat Lover’s Club fashion, we will gather and consume.

In a COED fashion.

We will raise our steaks and auction hands high for this personal and local effort.

This night will be full of Epicness never achieved or aimed for by The Secretary of Steak.

100% of all auction proceeds will be given to Zachary 501c3, The USher 1F Collaborative. Our NYC consigner will come in with amazing things to win along with the Root Family .

An beverage paired menu will be had by all.
