We gather for a night of steak tasting. The first in a dinner series that will let us explore various cuts of meat consisting ofexamples from prime to waygu.
This night will be unique, an exploration of what we hold most dear to any carnivore….the almight beast, our sacred beef.
We will start with passed, we will then go to a “salad” course of beef.
Sides will be served family style, tables will be communal and the steak will be served sliced…..steak after steak we will explore, discuss and know that nobody in Boca Raton will be eating better.
Dessert served too because we can and should!
Beverage will be BYOB and we will have wine & rocks glasses and ice waiting for you.
Non alcholic beverage will be provided , all you can drink Dr. Browns!
This will be intimate, only 42 seats and by the end of the night everyone will be family.
Cameron and Evan have a history of overfeeding people, so the dress will be elastic pants and loose fitting clothing if desired.
In RMLC style we will have a silent and live auction for Junior League of Boca Raton Endowment Fund for the fundraising efforts of Kali Williams Raising The Bar team.
Beauregard’s Fine Meats and The Red Meat Lover’s Club will make sure this night is very special and will create a new tradition in the Palm Beach County steak scene.
